My little Lum turned twelve. He's just the best. Look at that heart-melting smile! This was the beginning of a month-long celebration of his birth, and I truly am SOOOOO grateful he was born. Liam's got quiet dignity and a sly sense of humor. He is funny when you least expect it. He can be surprisingly fierce when he needs to be. He is smart and strong. I see him finally coming into his own about what he likes and how he wants to be. He's making great strides in his ability to excel at school and stay on top of his own responsibilities. He is, as always, loveable in every way. Here's us at All Star Sports in Wichita (his favorite place) on his special day. This was just a few days after Nolan left us, and Colby had to miss it because of work. I remember our family was feeling painfully small that day.
