19 Years Married (And Some Minor Family Milestones)
Corona quarantine wedding anniversary celebrations be like: driving around town aimlessly, getting the car washed, getting bored with Pratt and sneaking over to Sam's Club in Wichita, holding hands and loitering and finally buying a bunch of random stuff, running out of bulk goods to look at and cruising back to Pratt, ordering takeout from Woody's and eating steak with plasticware in our discount room at the HoJo (2 minutes from our own house), snugglin up and watching movies til we pass out.
In other news...Liam finished his first Harry Potter Book and passed his Reading Counts test. We were therefore obliged to honor him with a Harry Potter party! We had all the things, and the every flavor beans, and the golden snitches, and the butter beer, and the happiness.
Also, I caught Mae on the fanciest day of her young life so far (she just gets cuter and cuter). Spring has arrived and is the greenest and prettiest I have ever seen it. Nolan and Hanna made the most amazing (record breaking in its coolness) origami thing from a tutorial on YouTube. They're an adorable team.

Quarantine Camping
This experience has brought so much good out of all of us, I'm afraid it's going to be hard to go back to life as it was before. The Scout's Spring Camporee was cancelled because of the Stay at home order, so we all camped individually at our own homes. This is something we probably never would have done if we didn't have to, but we loved it so much that we've done it it a couple of times now. Such happy, carefree moments together (except for the part when a thunderstorm came rolling in and we had to all run back up to the house in the middle of the night), but still...so, so fun!

Easter 2020
Look at this good-looking group...I'm surrounded by beautiful souls! Here are the evidences of our Easter celebrations. As you can see, the world was coming alive with color (green grass, bright blue sky), always a beautiful reminder of the redemption and resurrection we are celebrating. Despite the restrictions, we snuck some friends (the McElyeas) over for an Easter egg hunt - it's hard to ever have a holiday without them. And Devin is, as always a permanent fixture (part of the family). Our Sabbath services were filled with praise for our Lord and Savior, including an Easter Tree decorated with messages of gratitude for Him. Thanks be to God for His unspeakable gift of love, out of which all our blessings flow!
